Hotel Golf - Florence

Great location, just a quick walk to attractions like Piazza del Duomo. The room cleanliness impressed me, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a delicious variety including croissants, mini mozzarella, and ham. The two staff members at breakfast were accommodating and friendly, especially with my young child. I appreciated the included mini fridge for storing snacks. I faced challenges with the stairs. Navigating them with luggage and a stroller was tough. Air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, uncomfortable during warmer days. It would help if the hotel offered ramps for easier access, especially for families. In future visits, I hope improvements are made regarding air conditioning and access.

The location was perfect for visiting Florence, just a 15-20 minute walk to major sights like Piazza del Duomo. The staff was kind, particularly the breakfast team, made mornings enjoyable.

Our breakfasts were amazing and good with amazing coffee machines. The staff were lovely people in the night shift. The hotel was set in a central area just next door to airport via tram and the center of the city and quanto vicino alla stazione e al centro.

Our double room included a safe box, television, and a mini fridge bar. The breakfast was generous with yoghurt and jam and boiled eggs, the location was great and perfect.

the breakfast had a good choice from cheese and croissants. the wifi connection was tricky.

Quick accommodation, room clean and spacious enough, liked the design, has its own free parking, close to the center, all the sights are within walking distance.

No hot dishes at breakfast. A man who came in for breakfast five minutes early was disgraced to turn around.

I liked everything.

Close to the center, train station, hotel parking, friendly staff, no complaints, the room is tidy, the language barrier is not a barrier (very fun).

A little way out of town for walking to the main attractions. Located on a fairly busy road although windows kept a lot of noise out. We had 2 school trips staying during our visit, one group was noisy in to the early hours of the morning.

The breakfast offered a distinct variety, including fresh pastries and local cheeses that added charm to my mornings.

The carpet in the hallways was in dire need of deep cleaning, with stains that raised questions about overall maintenance.

Simple but clean and convenient room, spacious enough for a family. Kind and helpfull staff. Its the only hotel in the city centre with a free private parking, which is a big advantage if you are travelling by car, since parking in florence is very expensive. You can walk to the city centre (about 15 minutes to the duomo). Good relation price-quality for an expensive city as florence.

Breakfast could be improved. Machine coffee is unacceptable for italy! Thanks to luigi we had a good cappuccino once.

There is a private carpark in the hotel. As we rented a car, this was very useful as it felt safe, and saved us 24euros for overnight parking.Location is reasonable walkable from SMN station.

The staff service was not so great during our stay, we felt like we were imposing. There was a misunderstanding on the hotel rates during check out, but the hotel promptly offered to refund us the difference after we left the country, which was great.
